Full-Time Employees
- Longevity Pay – After 5 years of continued employment
- Annual Boot Allowance - Law Enforcement
- Uniforms & Equipment Provided - Law Enforcement and EMS employees

- Monthly cost to the employee is based on the plan option
- Employees are eligible to receive a premium reduction of $20/month on the cost of their health insurance premium by participating in the Lincoln County Wellness Program through Priority Wellness.
- Short Term Disability Insurance- Paid by Lincoln County
- KPERS retirement program – Member from first day of employment
- 6% contribution rate – for all employees
- Life insurance equal to 1 1/2 times annual salary from first day of employment
- 12 hours of Leave accrued monthly (144 hours annually) - must complete 6 months of employment prior to using
- 4 hours of Extended Illness Leave accrued monthly (48 hours annually) - must complete 6 months of employment prior to using

Highway Department
Equipment Operator - Full-Time
Lincoln County Highway Department is accepting applications for a full-time Equipment Operator and a Truck Driver.
Knowledge of mechanics, welding, measuring, and working knowledge of mathematics is beneficial to both positions. The ability to operate loaders, dozers, mowers, motor graders, trucks, and other heavy equipment is preferred. This employee should have good organizational, public relations, and oral and written communication skills.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and applicants must have a valid class "A" CDL license with manual transmission or be willing to acquire one. Clerk Secretary
The Lincoln County Clerk's Office is accepting applications for a secretary position.
The clerk/ secretary handles various job responsibilities including elections, accounts payable, bookkeeping, customer assistance, and general secretarial duties. While experience is preferred, Lincoln County is willing to train the right candidate. This position is a Part-Time position averaging about 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
